The name Lindy Rich, is a combination of the two family names that make up our company. The Lindoerfer's - the "Lindy's" and the Eckrich's - the "Rich's". Don't be surprised if you see "a Rich" or "a Lindy" in the signature line of our crew's emails!

WHAT A DIFFERENCE
Lindy Rich Services, LLC is a family owned Signing Service in Colorado Springs, CO. We've had some vastly different experiences when closing on our own homes, be them purchases, or refi's, and those experiences showed us how valuable (and rare) a good closer with a good support system is!
REFINANCE - OH THE ERRORS...
A few years after our home purchase, we chose to do a refinance, and had another... questionable notary. This one dropped the docs on the table in a stack, asked if we had a pen, and then started walking around looking at things. We were left to search for our signatures and date lines while trying to figure out what each page was (this was before our own loan signing days). Needless to say, errors were made, delays in funding happened and all the good feels were NOT had.
OUR FIRST TIME PURCHASE - BEST DAY EVER
On the other hand, when we closed on our own first home, our notary was energetic, fun, summarized the docs, kept the signing moving and made us feel confident through the process. I still remember that closer and think of her fondly!
PARENT'S FIRST TIME PURCHASE - ALMOST DIDN'T CLOSE
As signers, our parents purchased a home and had a horrible experience at closing. They were up against delays, last minute monies due at the table, a completely uninformed notary, a lender who wasn't available, an impatient and stressed out room of people, scrambling and making their first home purchase a nightmare!

What our few experiences showed us was the value knowledgeable closers, who enjoy their job and who are supported by a team who can help anything that comes up at the table.
Our team became those closers, tearing through information and knowledge as a unit, teaching each other and committing to provide the best experience for one of the most important purchases of anyone's life.

We made amazing partnerships with our local title and lender offices and were thrown into Signing Service when we were repeatedly asked if we could find an awesome notary, like us, in a different location. Our partners were sick of spending so much time trying to find a good notary, and started to rely on us to do that. That was the launch of our Signing Service...
SIGNING SERVICE...BUT DIFFERENT
By that time our whole team had all worked with dozens and dozens of signing services and had horrible experiences with low ball fees, confusing documents, no instructions, no one available for clarification, errors on documents, wrong dates, wrong location of signings, no reply on scanbacks, being blamed for missed signatures on documents that we never received, being thrown under the bus for documents being late, having our reputation dinged for tardiness to a signing with no available documents and the list goes on and on.

All of these experiences gave us insight into what our industry is missing, and what we, the Lindy Richers, can bring to the table.

So we could tell you that using Lindy Rich is like taking a vacation from out of office closings, or that we put you in a relaxed frame of mind because we're handling the difficulties of the closings for you, and both of those things would be true!
